In 1851 a Margaret Barlow b1826 and noted as a daughter and married is with the family. Was she the daughter of Richard Pestwich and hsi first (unidentified) wife? No appropriate marriage can be found for a Margaret Prestwich marrying a Barlow.
Was she therfore a daughter of Hannah Barlow (and her first husband) and should not have been recorded as being married?

Prestwich Samuel [Male] b. 23 DEC 1791 Lees

Query.

Samuel was baptised at the same church as James and both are noted as sons of Robert.
Samuel was noted as being born in Lees whereas his elder siblings were born in Walmersley.
The fact that he was born elsewhere raises a query as to whether he was the son of the same Richard.
