Walsh Duxbury was awarded his certificate of U.S. citizenship (no. 6830) on the 24th of October, 1905, from the 3rd district court, city of New Bedford, County of Bristol, State of Massachusetts. The citizenship was recorded in the town hall of West Warwick, Rhode Island on April 22, 1932.
